Account activation

I did not get the activation email. Now what?

On June 3rd, we sent out an automated activation email to everyone who took a class with us in the 3 previous months. If you cannot find the activation email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder too. Our email may have ended up there.

If on June 3rd, it had been over 3 months since your last class with us (i.e. we did not send you the automated email) and you’d like to create your account now, that’s possible too! Welcome back 😉 When you buy a membership or susbcription card, this will automatically create an account for you. To purchase your membership or subscription, visit our online shop.

Booking classes

How do I book an (online) class?

If you have a valid membership or subscription card, you will be able to book all of our online, outdoor and studio (as of July 1st) classes.

Livestreams

How do I get the Zoom link for my class?

The link is located in the info page for your booked class.
To get to that info page, head to the schedule and click the relevant class. You will find the Zoom link right underneath the photo.

If you do not have a valid membership or subscription card, there will be a small padlock icon next to the link, and you won’t be able to book the class either.
In that case, first purchase a membership or subscription card in our online shop.

The Zoom link isn't working - now what?

Close Zoom and click the link once more. As everyone across the world has gone online these days, Zoom may falter or malfunction from time to time. Rebooting Zoom usually solves the problem. If that doesn’t do the trick, just let things be for a moment and try again in a minute. It may be that we are dealing with a technical malfunction; rest assured that we are working on fixing it as soon as possible. If we are unable to fix the malfunction, we’ll call you to let you know.

Is there anything I can do to optimise the sound quality?

Laptop audio tends to be sub-par, so if you have the option of connecting speakers or AirPods to your device, we recommend doing zo. Also mute yourself in Zoom to prevent any white noise or interference.

Subscription cards

How much do yoga classes at Liv cost?

We offer a range of different options,
from tacitly renewed memberships to trials and from single classes to 5-, 10- or 20-class subscription cards.
Head to our webshop to see all of the options and prices, and purchase the option that suits you best.

How do I purchase a membership or subscription card?

This depends on what option you choose: a membership, a subscription card, or a private package. At the top of our online shop page, you will find tabs indicating these three options.

If you opt for a membership, payment will be deducted from your account via direct debit after you confirm your choice. As for subscription cards and private packages, our online shop will forward you to an Ideal page for payment.

How long will my membership or subscription remain valid?
  • Our 2-class trial cards remain valid for 3 weeks after the purchase date.
  • Our 5-class card remains valid for 2 months.
  • Our 10-class card remains valid for 4 months,
  • Our 20-class card remains valid for 6 months.
  • Our 1-year membership remains valid for 1 month, after which you are free to cancel at the start of every month.
  • Our half-year membership remains valid for 6 months, after which you are free to cancel at the start of every month.
  • Our flexible monthly subscription is valid for one month, after which you are free to cancel at the start of every month.
  • Our flexible monthly subscription is valid for one week, with a one-week cancellation term after the initial week.

All of our subscription cards and memberships enter into effect on the purchase date.

My subscription has expired, so I would like to purchase a new one. How do I go about it?

I had a valid subscription card that has not been transferred to the new system. Now what?

There was a gap of several days between our switch from MindBody to the new system. We were forced to do some of the transition work manually, so errors may have occurred! We apologise if anything went wrong with your account. Please send us a message and let us know what’s up. We’ll have a look and get back to you as soon as possible.
