Important! Make sure you always check the online schedule to see who’s teaching (there may be a substitute) and how many people have booked the class already. If no one has booked a particular class 2 hours before it is supposed to start (which, it should come as no surprise, rarely happens!), that class is automatically cancelled.

How do I book classes?

How do I book classes?

  1. Enter your name and email address to create an account for our online booking system.
  2. Then click on the ‘CLASSES’ tab on the righthand side.
  3. Choose a type of class and a time of day that suits you.
  4. Then click ‘register as unpaid’ to book your spot.
  5. When you get to the studio, pay with your debit card before class starts.
  6. Additional information

    • All classes can be booked online from 14 days in advance up to 15 minutes in advance.
    • Online booking is the only way to book a class at Liv Yoga.
    • If you are on the online waitlist for a class and a spot in that class opens up, you will receive an email confirming your booking.
    • If you want to cancel a class, you can do so up to 4 hours in advance by going to your booked classes in your online account and clicking ‘cancel’.
    • If you cancel within 4 hours of the class or do not show up at all without having canceled, this constitutes a ‘late cancel’, and the class will be charged to your account. We hope you’ll understand why it is necessary for us to enforce this policy; after all, late cancels result in spots in our classes going unused needlessly, which is a shame.

    Good to know

    • Once you’ve logged in, head to the schedule to book your preferred class.
    • We do not work with online payment transfers of any kind; instead, you just pay with your debit card at the studio. Choose the ‘register as unpaid’ option if you have no current subscription (yet). This allows you to book the class on credit and pay once you get to the studio.
    • Go to MY INFO and then to the MY SCHEDULE tab to see which classes you’ve currently booked. This is also where you can cancel classes if needed.
