Private Yoga Classes
A 30-minute or 75-minute one-on-one class with a yoga teacher, geared specifically towards your unique issues and needs. Perhaps you are dealing with physical limitations or an injury, or simply want to boost or deepen your personal practice. Our private classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogi.
Why take a private class?
There are lots of (physical and mental) reasons for taking private classes. Here’s a few:
Recovery after an injury, period of illness, or pregnancy
Insecurity about or fear of practicing yoga in a regular group-based class
A desire to boost and/or deepen your yoga practice
Experiencing blockages in certain yoga poses, causing your development of strength or flexibility to lag
Physical complaints for which you would like to learn suitable alternative poses or modifications, enabling you to (once again) take part in any group-based class

After some time of being unsure whether it would be right for me, I booked a private class with Jasmijn last week, and I’m now kicking myself for not doing so sooner. Jasmijn is a wonderfully supportive teacher. She was able to help me with the specific poses that I keep encountering problems in, and was also quickly able to discern the cause of said problems (tightness in the shoulder girdle). As such, she gave me some exercises to start working on those limitations at home. I was very impressed with the fact that in a single class, we were able to practice all of the poses that I wanted to improve on, and that I am already noticing a difference in my practice. I feel like these private classes are a very valuable addition to regular, group-based classes and would heartily recommend them to anyone who wants to improve certain poses or go deeper in them.
How do I book a private class?
You can use the contact form at the bottom of the page to book your private class. Together with your preferred teacher, you will take a moment during the first class to discuss your specific issues and needs and formulate an objective, as well as decide the number of classes you would like to take. This can be just the one, a couple of classes, or a regular weekly class. Depending on the days on which you’d like to take class and the times of day, private classes can be taught at our studio as well as at home (for a small travel fee).
You can book private classes on weekdays between 10:30am and 6:30pm and on Saturdays between 1:00pm and 10:00pm. The exact times will be subject to your availability, the teacher’s schedule and studio availability. When filling out the contact form below, please specify your preferred dates and times.
How much do private classes cost?
€ 30 (including VAT) for a single 30-minute session
€ 65 (including VAT) for a single 75-minute session
€ 80 (including VAT) for 3 30-minute sessions
€ 170 (including VAT) for 3 75-minute sessions
An additional €10 travel fee will be charged for classes taught at your home.
You can pay using PIN at the studio before class, or via the app or website.

Or perhaps you’re new to yoga, and have lots of questions that need answering? if any of the above apply, Yoga Coaching may be the thing for you! Yoga Coaching is a combination of regular classes and a number of private sessions.
A Yoga Coaching package consists of a class card for regular classes as well as a set number of private sessions with your preferred teacher. The content of the private sessions is entirely up to you, and can be determined in consultation with the teacher. You are free to schedule the regular classes at whichever pace you like (as long as you do not exceed your class card’s validity period, of course). The private sessions are scheduled in consultation with your teacher, before or after one of your regular classes. Each coaching session takes 30 minutes.
When you buy a Yoga Coaching package, the first step is a phone-based intake interview. During this intake, we will determine your objective or main issue and determine what style of coaching would suit you best.
How much does Yoga Coaching cost?
A 10-class card plus 3 coaching sessions for € 225
This package contains 10 regular classes, with a single teacher or a mix of teachers – that’s entirely up to you! You can schedule these regular classes via the app. Your 10-class card will be valid for a period of 10 weeks. We recommend that you schedule your coaching sessions after class 1, class 5, and class 8. Your coaching sessions are to be scheduled in consultation with your preferred teacher.
A 5-class card plus 2 coaching sessions for € 145
This package contains 5 regular classes, with a single teacher or a mix of teachers – that’s entirely up to you! You can schedule these regular classes via the app. Your 5-class card will remain valid for a period of 2 months. We recommend that you schedule your coaching sessions after class 1 and class 4. Your coaching sessions are to be scheduled in consultation with your preferred teacher.
Newbie: 2 trial classes plus 1 coaching session for € 70
This package contains 2 regular classes. It is only available for yogis who are new to our studio! You can schedule these regular classes via the app. This 2-class newbie card will remain valid for a period of 1 month. We recommend that you schedule your coaching session after class 1. Your coaching session is to be scheduled in consultation with your preferred teacher.
How do I book a Yoga Coaching package?
You can use the contact form at the bottom of the page to book your Yoga Coaching package. You will have a phone-based intake interview with your preferred teacher to discuss your specific issues and needs and determine a coaching objective. You can use the opportunity to immediately schedule your coaching session during the intake interview, or do so later, in consultation with the teacher.
Coaching sessions can be booked on weekdays between 10:30am and 6:30pm and on Saturdays between 1:00pm and 10:00pm. The exact times will be subject to your availability, the teacher’s schedule and studio availability.
