Yoga psychotherapy

Yoga psychotherapy is an integration of applied yoga philosophy, depth psychology inquiry and reflection, and personalised yoga therapy practice. The content and focus of sessions varies in response to client identified needs and priorities on the day. Sessions include discussion of relevant physical, physiological, and mental/emotional/interpersonal conditions, and guided practice which may include asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation, and meditation as desired and appropriate. Individualised practices are offered to support on-going self-care.
