However, when an individual attends a yoga class online, it is up to the individual to estimate whether they are ready for the class of their choice.
Yoga practice requires you to estimate the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. You may feel tension but you should also feel relaxed. Building up your practice slowly is better than forcing your body into positions right away.
