Chiara’s story

Passionate about language research and eternally curious about the philosophy behind the practice, yoga has been a constant presence in my life, growing up in Italy.

Since 2016, I have dedicated myself to learning and understanding Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This journey has led me to explore various other styles, including Vinyasa and Yin yoga, each enriching my practice and teaching approach. I firmly believe that the way we live and experience yoga directly influences how we share it with others, which is why I teach what I practice.

As one of my teachers said, “We need to calm down the waves if we want to see what’s on the seabed.” I hold this philosophy close to my heart, believing that yoga is a medium that helps calm the mind’s waves, allowing us to recognize what lies beneath and dive deeper within ourselves.
