Amélie’s story
I teach Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Flow, and Breathwork, practices that help us slow down, feel, and reconnect to ourselves.
What fascinates me most is how much we can learn about who we are when we simply pause and listen to the body, and how the benefits of yoga can ripple far beyond the body, in how we approach relationships, work, and life in general. That’s why my approach is rooted in self-inquiry : I love exploring themes that invite reflection and emotional awareness, so that you can take what you discover on the mat into daily life.
I often weave stories and poems into my classes, as I find they make deeper insights more relatable and alive. In Yin especially, I love how there’s time and space to explore emotions and notice the subtle layers beneath the surface.
My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can land fully in yourself, and allow your practice to meet you where you’re at.
