Klaudia’s Story
My journey with yoga began seven years ago, when I moved to the Netherlands as a
way to ground myself amidst the challenges of starting a new chapter. What started
as a way to find stability soon evolved into a daily ritual – bringing me presence,
balance, and joy.
I completed my teacher training in Vinyasa yoga with elements of Ashtanga.
Vinyasa offers me a creative and intelligent way to connect breath and movement,
where each pose builds toward a juicyl peak asana. Ashtanga, on the other hand,
brings back roots and discipline that always reminds me of yoga’s deeper
foundation.
In my classes, you’ll experience a balance between challenge and calm – flows
designed to unlock stress, move the body with intention, and quiet the mind. I like to
move through the room with my students, connecting not just with your alignment,
but with your energy and presence.
Expect thoughtful sequences, space for exploration, and a sweet mix of strength,
softness, and breath—and maybe even a homemade treat after some of the
classes.
