Energy Medicine is a gentle yet powerful approach that supports your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Drawing from the Eden Method, sessions help restore balance in your energy systems—such as meridians, chakras, and aura—addressing fatigue, stress, emotional blocks, and physical discomfort.

What makes this method unique is that it works with the body’s subtle energy fields—the same energies recognized in traditional healing systems like Chinese medicine. By shifting these energetic patterns, we can often reach the root of an issue, not just the symptoms. Many people experience a renewed sense of ease, resilience, and connection after a session.

Sessions are collaborative: as a client, you are actively involved in your own healing. Marina often shares simple exercises that you can use at home to keep your energy flowing and support your well-being between sessions.

You’re welcome to join my group classes on Monday evenings in the Kapha room, or book an individual session on Tuesdays. Whether you’re new to energy work or already on a healing path, these sessions offer space to tune in, soften, and return to yourself.

Energy Medicine – Workshop series – Mondays 19:00-20:30

Would you like to feel more energized, grounded, and emotionally balanced—without needing to meditate for hours or memorize complex techniques? In this 7-part hands-on workshop series, you’ll learn how to work with your body’s own energy systems to feel better—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

You can choose to join one workshop or sign up for the entire series.
