ACT into spring!

A renewing mix of gentle yoga and Acceptance Commitment Training

After a winter rest, the power of springtime surges through nature – and through us. Spring is an expression of life at its strongest. In spring, those aspects of us that have been dormant over the winter months begin to awaken. Just as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion – so does the energy within us. This is the season to plant seeds for a future harvest, to look ahead and make new plans.

In this ACT into spring-themed special we will start with short meditation, guide you through a gentle yoga flow into yin poses while listening to healing sounds and end with a long themed nidra & reflection. At the end of the class we have a small surprise for you to ACT into spring, and we offer space to reflect or share while drinking a nice herb tea with something sweet on the side.

You are most welcome to share and connect with us on this beautiful saturday!
